Marvel Studios has put itself in a race against time. The goal line? Finding its new Spider-Man.
The web-slinging superhero, recently confirmed to be joining the Cinematic Universe, is all-but-certain to be making his in-continuity debut in the third Captain America movie, which adapts the Civil War storyline from the comics. That movie is due for release on 6 May 2016 — 376 days away — with filming just about kicking off now in Atlanta, Georgia. The role of Spider-Man, however, has still not been cast.
