I HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO Nottinghamshire Police by Nottingham City Council AFTER I THREATENED TO DRIVE UP THE STEPS TO THE RECEPTION AREA AT LOXLEY HOUSE AND SMASH UP MY OWN CAR IN PROTEST AT THE CONTINUED ABUSE BY COUNCIL STAFF , I OWN THE CAR ITS PAID FOR AND IF I WANT TO SMASH IT UP THEN I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO
I ALSO TOLD THEM I WILL ARRANGE CONSEQUENCES IN RETALIATION IN THE FORM OF A FURTHER PEACEFUL PROTEST

Unless Alison is going to fully investigate my complaint including taking statements from all of the witnesses and guarantee a response within the 12 working days within the protocols and guidelines for your complaints procedures of Nottingham City Council she will be in violation of the said guidelines and will be violating further my civil rights to due processes as set down in those guidelines .
As for the alleged threats that i will drive my car up the steps to the reception entrance in protest regardless of whether i wreck it over the hostility created by Candida Brudenell over her involvement outside of the remit of her job i will say this , i can do things as a part of any peaceful protest 
including driving up the steps to your reception area , if i choose to smash up my own property that is paid for and owned by me the only law i could be breaking could be one of a road traffic offence for driving on the pavement and as for the threats to bring up to 100 peaceful protesters that is also legal , might i suggest that you check with Notts police City Events team , this has been something i have done at every protest and can be verified , i might even have the emailed responses from the city events team if you want them , you might even want to check with your own head of security at Loxley House that every protest has been peaceful
It was told to me last year by non other than Ian Curryer that Candida Brudenell will have no further dealings with my case , and here we are back in a situation of hostility brought about by non other than Candida Brudenell.
The interference to a complaint that the process has been stopped after the complaint was sent to Jon Collins office is viewed as blatant abuse of office and due process , and an an attempt to obstruct justice , this is going to be reported to the ombudsman and to Nottingham MP Graham Allen as a further abuse of me by Nottingham City Council.
I WILL BE SEEING JON COLLINS , that much i will guarantee you , where i see him is non of your concern , if he can’t do official business in his office it will have to be done elsewhere.
I will send you the contact details for the witness statements that Alison will need to take as soon as i have them all together listed for the things Ian Curryer stated and a seperate list for what Glen O’Connell said that are blatant lies , if you want to join the ranks of the liars who cover things up destroy childrens lives then destroy social records tell me , you’ll still get your chronology at least by knowing what i’m dealing with i can ensure i have enough witnesses and that everything discussed gets tape recorded as a safe guard to myself.
i was left thinking you were the caring social worker looking out for my better interests after our initial meet and the conversation i had with you yesterday but i guess first impressions can be wrong ,

I re-live my abuses on an almost daily basis in the form of flashbacks and recurring nightmares of which i have no control over , the abuses of your colleagues such as the ones discussed regarding Messr’s Ian Curryer, O’Connell and now Candida Budenell reignite the fears of my past abuses and i melt down just as i did yesterday , try living with the terror in my head for one day and you might just get it , over the years i have learned as a self defence mechanism that my best form of defence is attack ,
Its taken eleven years to get to where we are at the moment , corrupt police and corrupt social workers from 2003 who did nothing.

who’s details were given to me under the freedom of information act , it’s one thing for corporate directors to lie as they attempt to suppress the truth and cover things up but to bring the name of an insurance company into disrepute to cover the council’s dispicable acts against children in care is beyond belief , in fact i view it as being worse than the Nazi’s saying the holocaust never happened
A year and then some of fighting the endemic institutionalised and colluded cover ups between your employers and the police and you have the audacious beliefs that i should continue to say nothing do nothing , well the events of yesterday and today are a consequence of 47 years of shouldering the traumatic events of my childhood and over a year fighting lies and obstructions.
I’m in no way trying to hide behind my mental health diagnosis , i have and and continue to try to get a reassessment but unless im in crisis and a danger to myself i go on a waiting list , as for social services in Croydon we are both more than well aware of their dereliction of care since returning to the UK , i invite you to look at what you said you would engage in on my behalf , you should have the contact details of Ms Richards as i passed them on yesterday and rather than attack me try to enforce some of that support you declared i need and deserve
As a part of the chronology of this past year i have been promised a lot by Nottingham City Council and by Nottinghamshire Police and neither of you have delivered and just as in 2003 that 12 year old child is still fighting to be heard.
The actions of Candida Brudenell wanting to silence me have a striking resemblance to those of your former paedophile John Smith the child rapist who wanted to have me incommunicado because i was blowing the whistle , talk about lightening striking twice in the same place , i suppose this will have to go down in the history books as yet another Nottingham coincidence.
I will not ask that you forward this to Graham Allen i will hand deliver it to his parliamentary office at Portcullis House Westminster.
