Playtonic Games turns to Kickstarter to boost Project Ukelele

Since Playtonic revealed its existence back in February, players have been eagerly anticipating what the studio — created by former members of GoldenEye and Banjo-Kazooie developer Rare — would be offering with its first title, codenamed Project Ukelele.

While there’s still little news on the game itself, Playtonic has now announced it will be launching a Kickstarter campaign for it, set to go live on 1 May. The crowdfunding push is intended to allow the team to expand on their original plans, rather than finance the core game, which is being independently funded.
