A case is said to be struck off, where the court has no jurisdiction, and can give no judgment, and order that the case be taken off the record, which is done by an entry to that effect.<\/p>\n<p>The charges are fictitious and statutory in nature which there is no real victims and no harm or damage has been incurred. They stem with some old vintage guns that are family heirlooms which have historic and nostalgic value.<\/p>\n<p>The accuser has moved from the JP to Judges in which one claimed that \u201cWell, I\u2019m your accuser at this point\u2026[AND] \u2026I\u2019m your jailor at this point\u201d<br \/>\nHamilton Police have put on the record in an affidavit that no warrant was provided and was a warrant-less arrest. <\/p>\n<p>Some of the statements Dean stipulated in court and in the transcripts are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t consent to be associated to a legal person for these proceedings; I will not appear as a legal person; I don\u2019t consent to appearance in a statutory jurisdiction either\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWell, this is, this is a kangaroo court and it\u2019s not a court of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the II\u2026you don\u2019t have any duties that I even really care about in the first place\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t consent to represent the legal fiction these people have brought into court\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cNever in my life have I [have] consented to be recognized as a legal fiction under their terms and conditions and I certainly do not, do not consent and refuse to appear in the jurisdiction that they\u2019ve created which is full of unicorns and rainbows\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cNO, I will not be playing this game at all\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAs one of the sovereign people of this land I convene a lawful court of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the II; I have all sorts of claims against this man and I think that we should proceed in a game of my choosing; We can settle up these false claims in a real hurry\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The assertions from Dean is the only statements in this hearings worth reading, everything else that the judge and the prosecution has to say is nonsensical and is obvious they have no case what so ever. <\/p>\n<p>It is also obvious what they are doing is stalling, dragging things out and changing hands and tossing the case around like a hot potato as all involved do not want to be left holding all the liability that is building up by every hour Dean is locked up. Either way, their hands will remain unclean. <\/p>\n<p>There has been reports from Dean, in which he stated in the transcripts that he has been tortured as well mentioning once again in this phone call update that there is in fact violence being inflected on him. <\/p>\n<p>They are denying him a show cause hearing, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Habeas_corpus\" target=\"_blank\">writ of habeas corpus<\/a>, demand to show cause, demand for empirical evidence. All were severed by three different parties on the courts. According to their own laws, these documents should have been heard within 24 hours but have been ignored and the judge is claiming ignorance and denial of such filings exist. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.truthjuice.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/546c4cd5f4_Dean-show-cause-denied.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.truthjuice.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/546c4cd5f4_Dean-show-cause-denied.png\" alt=\"Dean_show_cause_denied\" width=\"700\" height=\"495\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1704\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They have tried to peg the legal fiction to Dean via fingerprints but have failed.<\/p>\n<p>They are also trying to associate another individual with Dean\u2019s case which has a legal aid lawyer just to obscure and confuse the case even further. But they have failed there as well.<\/p>\n<p>There are financing issues for the courts and the prosecutor as they are not getting paid. This has been denoted as a issue for over a month now and still isn\u2019t resolved for them. <\/p>\n<p>On the transcripts often Dean\u2019s statements were recorded as \u201c(inaudible)\u201d and more frequent occurrences of \u201c &#8211; &#8211; \u201c throughout where important information is being censored. He only got his final couple of statements recorded towards the end of the transcript on the 19th December. <\/p>\n<p>Increasingly there are unidentified people making statements in the court as well. <\/p>\n<p>The next hearing is <strong>January 28th 2014, Tuesday<\/strong> this is most likely another closed hearing as they don\u2019t want any witnesses of the grievous violations of Dean\u2019s rights and prefer to keep things behind closed doors. If anyone is free that day, maybe it would be good to let them know we are watching them and know what they are up to.<br \/>\nOnce again, the courts are located at the Law Courts Building which is located at 408 York Avenue in Winnipeg. The court room will be 405. No time was stated yet but will know more closer to the date. <\/p>\n<p>The legal aid lawyer for the other individual is still unsure if they have full authority to represent them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.truthjuice.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/a51b2456f2_AX169-788A-9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.truthjuice.co.uk\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/a51b2456f2_AX169-788A-9.jpg\" alt=\"AX169_788A_9\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1687\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The officer with badge number 1796 with the WINNIPEG POLICE SERVICE could possibly be looking at some charges laid upon him, where it has been stated he has inflicted violence resulting in assault and even attempted murder from assaulting Dean before being initially transferred to the Winnipeg Remand Centre and seeing the JP in which he was hand cuffed behind his back and where the officer threatened to bash his head into the cement floor. Now that Dean has spoken of this incident, it is on the public record. That is particularly significant &#8211; because they planted all sorts of crap &#8220;on the record&#8221; and had the AUDACITY to ask him &#8220;Do you have any questions?&#8221; As though he was standing there the entire time!
