He had a trial this morning for “breach of recognisance”. Which was the warrant that led to his initial arrest last year. And it was dismissed! <\/p>\n

He hasn\u2019t been able to make calls out to his people helping him but can only call his father and he can\u2019t be given stamps and paper to send mail out now also.<\/p>\n

His next court dates are:<\/p>\n

18th September – He has issued a Demand for particulars from the Federal and Provincial Crown\u2019s.<\/p>\n

29th September – Non registration and prohibited Gun charges.<\/p>\n

\nThe court register isn\u2019t adding future court dates now and back records may change also which says a lot. <\/p>\n
