A Russian cargo ship that span out of control in orbit has fallen back to Earth and crashed into the Pacific Ocean.
Progress 59, which was carrying more than three tonnes of food, oxygen and fuel for the International Space Station, was launched in late April but failed to dock and began falling slowly to Earth.
