Child Abuse in Nottingham
I have been fighting since 2003 and a big part of last year to expose a major paedophile ring at the core of the Nottingham Council in the 60’s, where whilst i was in care was abused molested and raped and wrongfully sent to an approved school by Nottingham council.
I have proof of this via the Risley Hall approved school admissions register and an appeals court case dismissed record The paedophile ring is 
made up of abusers who abused over 70 named victims in Nottingham children’s homes made up of a named headmaster , school teachers maintenance workers who multi-tasked other jobs within the care of kids in child care. At least one named children’s home manager who molested me and an 8-10 year old mentally challenged child in his care this child was abused by many others there’s at least one named social worker he is the one who raped me i was sent there at the direction of Nottingham Councils children’s department to silence me from whistle blowing what was going on In my recent pursuit for justice.

After 4 months , i had to go to City Hall police HQ here in Rochester NEW YORK where after speaking with Sergeant Michael Nicholls of the Major Crimes Unit we were able to liase with operation Daybreak of Notts Police to set up an interview which was undertaken by Officers Marvin Patterson JR and Jacqueline Shuman , Nottingham police have also lost a statement taken in 2003 which relates to a collapsed case that has references to the current investigation, this is really beginning to stink of corruption and if this statement does not reappear i will be declaring Nottingham Police of being a part of what is already being seen as a massive cover up. This case originally centred on events from 1973 to the late 80’s but my input blew it wide open to the mid 60s destroying both councils claims the investigation was going no further back than 1973 I openly accuse Nottingham council of a cover up after all of my child care records of me have allegedly been as they claim destroyed in 1978, not only that all entry points for further data input from records has been destroyed this includes the following
1.All staff records from the former children’s Department at 126-128 Mansfield Rd during the 60’s missing 2. All admissions registers from every place i was sent to with the exceptions of Risley Hall approved school and an admission to beechwood in august of 1966 all other admissions to beechwood have been deleted and i maintain based on legal advice from the CPS that Risley Hall’s register of admissions and discharges would be a court related document not subject to Nottingham Council’s destruction policy of my records which in principle dictates that if there is a discharge entry they MUST show an entry point to their system , further to that there are no records of Hazelwood on Forest Grove Nottingham or Ashley House in Worksop Notts beyond 1973.
All staff records at Hazelwood have been erased no records beyond 1973 4. Incident report logs that would be seperate from my individual records have disappeared which would have included my running away twice which were escalated into missing persons reports to the police.no records beyond 1973 5. All records relating to any persons i was fostered to have disappeared although the council acknowledge a family by the name of Yaxley of Longmoor Road Long Eaton were foster carers in there employ no records beyond 1973 6. Records/reports they used to wrongfully send me to the approved school, a case that was dismissed on appeal have disappeared no records beyond 1973 I came into their system after being molested by Peter Howitt the headmaster at Welbeck School in Nottingham in 1965/66 and there after being a truant and placed in care.
In defiance as is my right to do so my friends have staged 3 protests so far at the City and County Council’s offices we have exposed the lies that they hid behind that they were instructed by operation daybreak to offer no public apologies or to comment on the ongoing investigation , my sense of outrage at this led me to contact operation daybreak , the chief constables office and the press office of Notts Police who stated they have made no such directive, when challenged by me Ian Curryer senior executive to the city council refused to comment on this he also lied to protesters that his office were searching for my records when he had in fact been told by Anthony May Senior exec at the county that my records were allegedly destroyed in 1978. I was told at first after i found out Curryer had lied that ALL CHILD CARE RECORDS FROM THE 60’s BACK were destroyed in 1978 yet when i challenged them on this with an accusation they were lying based on fact that i have access to records obtained in 2003 they changed their response to one of most records were destroyed.
Having ascertained from several council’s unconnected to this policy procedures around child care records all state that these are not subject to destruction but in the event they were to be destroyed there HAS TO BE A REGISTER that says the following
1. case reference number
2. name of person date and place of birth
3. child’s parents name
4. parental home address and both parents full names
5.each admission and discharge to each establishment which means if i was at Beechwood as per my claim 3 or more times each admission and discharge should be there they only give me my first admission which gives me a beginning and an end at Risley Hall and everything from in between which are the time frame of my abuses are all mysteriously erased
6. any major incident reports such as my being listed as a missing person
7. a list of foster carers
8. A REASON FOR THE DESTRUCTION AND THE PERSON AUTHORISING THE DESTRUCTION AND THE DATE OF THE DESTRUCTION , THE REGISTER MUST BE KEPT FOR ARCHIVED MATERIAL THIS REGISTER IS MISSING AND THEY CLAIM THEY KNOW NOTHING No one keeps a reference to files destroyed in 1978 only for it to appear on microfish in the 80s then onto computerised records , i checked with the 
county’s data office when they went from manual records to microfish then to computerised records as an anonymous caller making no reference to child care records or who i was but got told early 80s to microfish late 90’s to computer but was told i would have to call after a few days which i did i was greeted by Mr Summers if you want any information from the county council call Ian Curryer at the city council The history of Nottingham is it went from the 60’s Nottingham Corporation to the council authority being led by the county council which is when they allege my records were destroyed since that change the council has alternated between the city and county and they use this to exploit not only me but all aspects of any consequences in relation to records/data malpractices this is merely a brief outline there much more you can contact me at any time
