A face and license plate scanning camera was torn from the ground outside a Colorado post office this week less than one hour after being discovered by local reporters.
The camera, run by the United State Postal Inspection Service, the postal serviceâs law enforcement unit, was hidden inside a utilities box near the exit of the Golden Post Office.
