‘This video shows Ukrainian soldiers positioned in an elevated location over the town of Slavyansk. They are very clearly drunk and seem to have no shame filming themselves in this state. They say they have no coordinates for shelling so they do it by guess-work. That is the reality of Ukrainian military aggression against Donbass – they pretend to fight against “Russian troops” but in real life they drink and don’t care whether or not they destroy civilians’ houses or kill innocent people.’
