American television network Fox has been eerily quiet since announcing the return of classic 90s sci-fi conspiracy series The X-Files back in March. Now though, it’s revealed a brief first look at the series — 15 seconds brief.
The teaser does at least hint at some of the plot lines viewers can expect when the series returns in 2016. A downed alien ship harkens back to the series’ alien activity roots, and what appears to be a military response — the unit curiously joined by a G-Man — places the events as dating back to perhaps the Roswell crash.
