Nearly 1 million dollars was collected from ~240 investors for the promise of a huge return on investment, much of it spent on non-project, personal items, including a $6k cruise and $32,500 for “Philippines relief” for Typhoon Yolanda via Mark Dansie, which Mark said was “a few thousand dollars.” (PESN; September 18, 2015)
